1. The revisional application was preferred for expeditious trial and disposal of NDPS case no. 07 of 2019 pending before the Learned Special Judge, Chinsurah, Hooghly.

2. Mr. Sur, learned APP submits that the petitioner has already been released on bail during pendency of the present revisional application.

3. However, having regard to the fact that there are stringent conditions under which the petitioner has been implicated, I direct that, as the case was initiated in the year 2019 and more than 4 years have passed, the Learned Special Court would take steps to take the trial to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

4. To that effect, regular schedule be also fixed by the Learned Trial Court for facilitating completion of trial.

5. With the above observations, the revisional application being CRR 459 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

6. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
