The petitioner has filed this instant application for recalling of the order dated August 4, 2022 passed in CPAN 126 of 2021 in connection with WPA 23984 of 2019.

Counsel for the alleged contemnor is present and prays for ten days' time to produce the Certificate of Mutation.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the alleged contemnor, case is adjourned for two weeks. In the mean time, the alleged contemnor is at liberty to issue the Certificate of Mutation to the petitioner and file a copy of the same before this Court on the next date fixed.
