The petitioner alleged that the contempt application was listed in the list at Serial No. 68 and out of turn the Counsel for respondent mentioned the matter without notice of the petitioner and had obtained an order.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for hearing of the matter afresh.

As this court has already disposed of the contempt application vide order dated August 4, 2022 and this Court cannot pass any further order on the verbal submission of

the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated August 4, 2022.
