Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioners and considering the fact that the police filed chargesheet, prayer for bail should be considered. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the death was due to manual strangulation. She refers to the materials in the case diary.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. CRM (DB) 510 of 2022 is rejected.
