The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on medical grounds of his child.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Purba Bardhaman shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's child from the CMOH, Bardhaman and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's child and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Writ petition being WPA 3262 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
