The petitioner claims arrear pension.

According to the petitioner, she refunded the amount which was directed to be refunded in terms of the notification published by the School Education Department being No. 79-SE(L)/SL/5S-56/13(Pt-V) dated 13th June, 2014.

There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner actually refunded the said amount in terms of the aforesaid notification.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
