Mr. Afroze Alam, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the Insurance Company has deposited the awarded sum Rs.90,07,099/- to the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta vide OD Challan no.3082 dated 20.12.2023. The photo copy of the challan is taken on record. The final order dated 13.2.2024 this court has directed the Insurance Company to deposit the balance awarded sum of Rs.10,95,950/- together with interest 6% per annum from the date of filing of the application. The claimants are also entitled to receive the already deposited sum together with accrued interest from the office of the learned Tribunal and Registrar General, High

Court, Calcutta equally according to the prelevant terms and conditions.
