Petitioner has approached this Court as he was allured by the private respondent no.6 for providing service in a government hospital and to that extent he has paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the respondent no.6. According to the petitioner a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- was returned by cash and Rs.50,000/- by bank transfer. However, rest of the money was not handed over and the respondent no.6 is not traceable presently.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Ramnagar Police Station case no. 59/2025 dated 18.02.2025 has been registered for investigation and the investigation of the case is in progress. Police authorities are put in their efforts to trace out the accused person.

In view of the police authorities having already registered the case very recently and not even seven days have passed, police authorities are directed to effectively

carried out investigation and take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3268 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
