1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 20th November, 2019. But after lapse of four years, there is no requirement to seek any further interim order in this regard except disposal of the suit pending before the Tribunal.

3. Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

4. Learned Tribunal is requested to dispose of the suit pending since 2019 as it appears from the record, preferably within six months from date of communication of this order.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Tribunal for information.

6. With the aforesaid observation this revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Any interim order, if therebe, stands disposed of accordingly.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
