The petitioner is a housewife. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The learned Counsel has also relied upon an order dated 12th January, 2021 passed by a coordinate Bench in CRM 114 of 2021 (In Re: Dwijendra Nath Dubey @ Dwijen Nath Dubey @ Dwijen Dubey @ Dijen Dube) and submits that the principal accused has been released on bail upon furnishing bond.

The learned Counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for bail. Upon considering the materials on record made available to this Court, the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the extent of complicity of the present petitioner in the alleged offence, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary and the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely, Pinki Tribedi, shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. The application for anticipatory bail is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
