Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is dated July 31, 2020.

Intermediate quantity of narcotics was recovered from a vehicle owned by the petitioner.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and considering the involvement of the petitioner in an incident relating to the NDPS Act, 1985, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 606 of 2023 is dismissed.
