Mr. Sandipan Pal ... for the petitioners The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that a batch of civil revisional applications were filed and in some of such civil revisional application there was a typographical error in the cause title. However, there is no typographical error in the cause title of this civil revisional application.

In view thereof, paragraphs 1 and 2 in the first page of the order dated 11th March, 2025 stands deleted. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners further submits that the number of the miscellaneous appeal was wrongly recorded in the first page of the impugned order. The number of the miscellaneous appeal shall be read as Miscellaneous Appeal No. 19 of 2018 instead of 21 of 2018. In the last page of the order dated 11th March, 2025 the number of the civil revisional application should be read as C.O. 472 of 2025 instead of C.O. 471 of 2025. Let the aforesaid error be rectified.

Let this order shall form part of the order dated 11th March, 2025.
