Record reflects that the petitioner filed representation dated 03.012.2021 before the respondent No.4, District Magistrate and Programme Coordinator, MGNREGA Scheme.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly stated that there is no objection in considering the petitioner's representation.

Hence, we dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent No.4 to duly consider the petitioner's grievance raised in the representation dated 03.12.2021 and to hold enquiry, if required, and take an

WPA (P) 80 of 2022 appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It will be open to the petitioner to submit an additional representation along with all the relevant materials and a copy of this order to the respondent No.4 which will be duly considered during the course of decision of the representation.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
