Nadeem Ahmed ...for the Respondent Nos. 4 to 8 Petitioner complains that she has been deprived of her paternal property by the private respondent nos. 4 to 8, to that effect the petitioner informed the Officer-in-Charge, Kulpi Police Station. However, in spite of specifically alleging that the private respondents sold away lands which also belong to the present petitioner and there were properties which were leased out behind the back of the present petitioner. The police authorities refused to register any FIR.

Mr. Samanta, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the nature of dispute complained of is absolutely a civil dispute and the police authority on enquiry found that there may be violation of law and order situation as such a GD entry has been recorded.

Learned Advocate for the private respondents submits that whichever properties has been sold out or leased out the same absolutely belong to the private respondents and the petitioner had nothing to do with those properties.

Further the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court with a prayer for remedy under the civil law.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already informed to the police station and the police authority has refused to act on their considerations I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law for specific directions upon the police authorities. In case the Court on a preliminary enquiry is satisfied regarding the contentions and directions are passed, police authorities would act in accordance with law. 3324 of 2025 stands disposed of.
