Mr. Sandipan Pal Mr. Debabrata Sardar .....For the Petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the respondents in Misc. Appeal No. 20 of 2018 praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 4th Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 20 of 2018 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned first appellate court.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that hearing of the Misc. appeal was adjourned from time to time awaiting transfer of the trial court records from the learned Trial Judge.

In view thereof, CO 474 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 4th Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to make an endeavour or to see that the trial court record reaches the court at the earliest and after the same reaches the appellate court, the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 4th Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the Misc. Appeal as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above direction, CO 474 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after compliance of all necessary formalities.
