None appears on behalf of either of the parties. By this writ petitioner, the petitioner alleged that the recruitment process undertaken in the year 2012 was violative of the relevant provision of the Person with Disability (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 since no benefit of the reservation was given to the physically disablement person. Respondent took the plea that the petitioner did not fulfil the eligibility criteria of having experience of one year and the selection process had been completed and the person found suitable was given the appointment in the post. By an order dated 8th April 2014, the parties were directed to exchange affidavits. But neither of the parties has cared to file any affidavit. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. The selection process has already been completed.

In such sequence of the fact, I am of the considered view that with the passage of time, the matter has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. There will, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
