Learned counsel appearing for the respondent WBSEDCL submits that the necessary steps have been taken and as the petitioner is a developer and this is a new connection, some additional time is required to complete the entire process.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The respondent WBSEDCL authority is requested to consider the application of the petitioner and complete all the process within six weeks from date in accordance with law.

With the above direction WPA 3266 of 2025 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
