Mr. Sandipan Pal Mr. Debabrata Sardar .....For the Petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the respondents in Title Appeal No. 03 of 2019 praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Appeal No. 03 of 2019 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned first appellate court.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that 2nd of December, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the appeal.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the next date has been fixed on 28th March, 2025.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, CO 475 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Appeal No. 03 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the above direction, CO 475 of 2025 stands disposed of.
