As unauthorised construction has been detected, the Pachayat Samiti is directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law to deal with such unauthorised construction at the earliest and conclude the proceeding positively within sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
