Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the case relates to alleged recovery of 23 kgs of ganja from the joint possession of the three accused persons. Similarly placed accused person has already been granted bail pursuant to direction passed in CRM (NDPS) 211 of 2026. Learned advocate submits that the charges have already been framed by the learned trial Court. Having considered that similarly placed accused persons has already been released on bail, in spite of the objection raised by the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. As such, petitioners namely, Yeasin Mondal @ Mondal Yeasin and Sohel Mondal @ Sohel Mandal shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each, with two sureties of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand

only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act cum Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Howrah. If on bail, the petitioners shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court in seisin of the case and shall not leave the jurisdiction of district of Howrah without prior permission of the learned Special Court. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 297 of 2026 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
