Even though the matter was fixed today in the presence of and by consent of the learned advocates representing both the parties, a prayer for accommodation has been made by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents on the ground of health issues of the learned advocate.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in compliance of the direction passed by the Court, the respondents have kept in abeyance all steps in connection with the subject tender process.

As accommodation has been sought for by the respondents, accordingly, to protect the interest of the petitioners the respondents are restrained from taking any further steps in respect of the subject tender till 29th August, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

On the prayer of the respondents, hearing of the writ petition stands adjourned till 19th August, 2025 at 3.30/4 p.m.

It will be open for the respondents to file opposition to the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners prior to the adjourned date.

In the event tenders are floated by the authority prior to 19th August, 2025, the petitioners shall be permitted to participate in the same and the fate of such participation shall be subject to order passed by this Court in the instant writ petition. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
