Considering the materials made available on record and the submission made on behalf of the State that the principal accused namely, Akbar Sk., is on bail and the money was recovered from the custody of Akbar Sk. and the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, we feel that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not required and he may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely, Mainul Sk, shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
