1. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Baishali Basu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. Her name may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

2. Mr. Mahapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that having regard to the progress of the case, he intends to take up the points at the appropriate stage of the trial and at the stage of final arguments of the case.

3. Having considered the same, I direct the Learned Trial Court to appreciate in its proper perspective, the points so canvassed by the petitioner at the time of trial and final arguments of the case.

4. With the above observations, the revisional application being CRR 463 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

5. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
