Petitioner is in custody for more than four and half years. He renews his bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier on 3rd February, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then. We do not appreciate repeated applications filed before us in this manner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to conclude the trial within the time frame as observed in the earlier order dated 3rd February, 2023.
