From the report it is seen that the report has been filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Joypur Police Station, District - Purulia on 04.04.2025 stating that the respondent Durga Charan Gope, s/o late Jethu Gope had expired on 12.08.2016. Photocopy of the death certificate is also annexed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Joypur Police Station, District - Purulia along with the report. As the respondent has already died, so the instant appeal stands abated against him.

The instant appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated. The appeal being GA 1 of 1995 stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court at once.
