It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. We note petitioners had absconded for more than a decade. They do not stand on the same footing with co-accused. Other co-accuseds are absconding. There is possibility that the petitioners may abscond if they are enlarged on bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
