AND In the matter of:- Debasish Manna ... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ...for the petitioner Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the present revisional application relates to Mis.Execution Case No.174 of 2011, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas.

Learned advocate further submits that the revisional application was heard by a coordinate Bench on 2nd of March, 2012 and initially there was an interim order for twelve weeks. However, the said interim order was never extended. Learned advocate is unable to apprise this Court regarding the stage of the proceedings and its outcome before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip.

Accordingly, learned Magistrate is directed to proceed with the case if the same is still continuing till date. With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R.349 of 2012 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
