Versus

Kalpan Mazumder Mr. Krishnendu Bera Mr. Sutosom Bhattacharyya ...for the petitioner This application is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 7th Court, Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No.1047 of 2018 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that March 18, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the showcause filed by the petitioner herein. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that March 18, 2025 has also been fixed for

hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 480 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 7th Court, Alipore to take up the hearing of the show-cause filed by the petitioner on the next date fixed i.e. on March 18, 2025 and also to dispose the injunction application and other pending interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
