The petitioner has challenged the alleged illegal and wrongful detention of goods in the instant writ petition. The writ petition was filed on 3rd February, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on 5th February, 2021 a detention order has been passed by the authority concerned. The petitioner now intends to challenge the detention order.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh including therein the selfsame grounds amongst other to challenge the detention order said to have been passed on 5th February, 2021.
