Petitioner claims for parity with other co-accuseds, who were enlarged on anticipatory bail.

The last order granting anticipatory bail to the co-accused is dated September 28, 2022.

In such circumstances, considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of the police case, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 617 of 2023 is dismissed.
