Five bail applications are taken up for consideration. 2.

The bail applications are pending since the Coordinate Bench required appropriate disciplinary proceedings to be initiated against the police personnel who affirmed the raiding party in narcotic cases failing to identify the accused whom they apprehended at the trial.

Learned Public Prosecutor places individual reports in respect of five cases which be taken on record.

4.

State will produce the orders of the disciplinary authority in respect of each of the police personnel involved in the present cases, on the next date.

List the applications on March 24, 2025.

Court is informed that, there is another bail application in the similar nature being CRM (NDPS) 692 of 2024.

Department will place the records of that matter also along with pending matters.
