The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. 'Stridhan' articles have been recovered. Sections 323, 307 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code have been added during the investigation of Bansdroni Police Station Case No.15 dated January 31, in addition Sections 498A/506/313/509/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police authorities shall conclude the investigation in a free, fair and impartial manner.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner and the allegations made against the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
