And In Re : Bahar Ali ........ petitioner Mr. S Chakraborty ...... for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 130 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Allegations are false. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner personated himself as relation of a police office. He raped the victim and uploaded her objectionable pictures on social media. In view of the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
