(WBBSE) The contempt application is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education being the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2.

It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 1st February, 2023 recommendation letter has already been issued by the Chairman of the West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman, vide memo dated 28th June, 2023 thereby recommending the petitioner to be appointed in the post of Assistant Teacher in Nandanpur Rupchand Academy, District- Hooghly. It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the applicant that in spite of issuance of this recommendation letter dated 28th June, 2023 by the concerned authority of the School Service Commission till date appointment letter has not been issued by the concerned authority of the West Bengal Board of

Secondary Education.

Ms.

Bhattacharya, learned advocate is representing the alleged contemnor/respondents who submits that soon the appointment letter would be issued in favour of the petitioner for his joining the post at an early date.

In view of such submission made on behalf of alleged contemnors/respondents hearing of this contempt application stands adjourned till Friday next, 29th September, 2023.
