This revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 18.01.2021 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court (Special Court), Barasat, North 24-Parganas in connection with Case No. N-6/20 arising out of Swarupnagar Police Station Case No. 6 of 2020 dated 05.01.2020 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the contention advanced in this revisional application.

The order dated 18.01.2021 reflects that supplementary charge-sheet was submitted by the investigating agency along with the chemical examination report against two of the accused persons including the present petitioner. The learned court accepted the same and fixed 18.03.2021 as next date. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order wherein chemical examination report was submitted by the investigating agency and the court accepted

the same. There is no scope for interference in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 310 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
