For the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an award dated 15th February, 2019 passed under Section 139 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under Section 147 of the aforesaid Act. In view of the said alternative efficacious statutory remedy available to the petitioner, there are no grounds whatsoever to entertain this petition.

W.P.A. 3786 of 2021 is dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Appellate Forum, if so advised in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
