In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, the report is submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Sutahata Police Station, Purba Medinipur, indicating that the appellant Hrishikesh Mukherjee was expired on 28.07.2004. A copy of certificate of death is enclosed with the report which also affirms the death of the appellant Hrishikesh Mukherjee.
