An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 3rd April, 2025. In the 3rd paragraph of the 2nd page of the order "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly" be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly". Also, in the 5th paragraph of the 2nd page of the order "CRM (SB) 553 of 2025" be read as "CRM (DB) 553 of 2025".

The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 3rd April, 2025.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
