Mr. Purnasis Bhuniya ... for the petitioners Mr. Rita Datta ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioners has moved the revisional application wherein the present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the 2nd FIR lodging on the self-same allegations.

It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that G.R. Case No. 619 of 2019 relating to the second FIR has been dismissed as withdrawn by the trial court, as such, the present revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, considering the said facts and circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous, on prayer of the petitioners.
