Mr. Anand Keshari Mr. Sekhar Mukherjee .....for the Petitioners Mr. Anwar Hossain Ms. Monisha Sharma .....for the State Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Monisha Sharma, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the next date has been fixed before the Learned Trial Court for consideration of charges in view of the stage which, has been reached before the Learned Trial Court, the learned advocate submits that he intends to agitate the point canvassed in the revisional application at the time of consideration of charge. Liberty as prayed for is granted to the petitioners.

The petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the point canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of consideration of charge.

With the aforesaid direction, CRR 448 of 2020 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
