This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of an application under Section 24 of the CPC pending before the learned District Judge, Paschim Bardhaman praying for transfer of the Mat Suit No. 40 of 2011 from the court of the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol to any other competent court in Asansol.

The prayer of the petitioner is an innocuous one.

The learned District Judge, Paschim Bardhaman, is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of two months from the next date fixed upon affording an opportunity to all parties to contest the same.

This court has not gone into the merits of the said application. The learned court below shall proceed independently.

No unnecessary adjournments shall be given to either of the parties.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
