The petitioners are not represented on the third occasion today. Having considered the application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. and the records of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioners are not interested to press the instant application. CRM 1419 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
