For the CSTC Nineteen petitioners have joined in this writ petition ventilating their independent claim. Although the claims of all the petitioners may have arisen from a common set of facts and the reliefs claimed are also against the common respondents, but such claims arise on diverse dates. A common order if passed in respect of divergent claims may ultimately cause complications when the enforcement of such order will fall for scrutiny. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I grant leave to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions in respect of their individual claims on the selfsame cause as in the writ petition so that the independent claims can be adjudicated separately.

The petitioners shall also be at liberty to implead the Calcutta State Transport Corporation (in short "CSTC") instead of West Bengal Transport Corporation Limited (in short "WBTC").

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of without going into the merits of the case.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
