1. It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has been able to obtain certified copies of orders that the petitioner had applied for before the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kolkata, City Sessions Court and as such the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 hands up copy of a page from the relevant register pertaining to the Court of the 17th Judicial Magistrate, Kolkata, II to demonstrate that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed. The same is taken on record.

3. Since it is submitted by both the parties that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the

instant writ petition being WPA 3293 of 2025 is disposed of as having become infructuous.

4. As requested by Mr. Mukherjee, it is recorded that since the matter has not been decided on affidavits and no affidavit has been called for, the allegations made by the petitioner against the respondents shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on urgent basis after completion of necessary formalities. (Om Narayan Rai , J.)
