He prays for bail. Learned advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the evidence of the minor and her relation. The minor stated she was forcibly raped by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid evidence and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Trial be expedited.
