Present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial suit bearing no.348 of 2022 from the court of learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah to the court of learned District Judge at Alipore during the course of proceedings.

Both the parties have mutually agreed that Matrimonial Suit No.348 of 2022 may be withdrawn from the court of learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah and assigned to the competent court of jurisdiction at Howrah.

In view of the consensus between the parties, the Matrimonial Suit No.348 of 2022 is withdrawn from the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah and assigned to the competent court of jurisdiction at Howrah for trial in accordance with the law.

Copy of the order be sent to the transferor court and the transferee court.

Petition stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
