The present revision of the year 2020 is against an order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in connection with Misc. Ex No. 172 of 2018 arising out of Misc. Case No. 20 of 2015 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
