Learned advocate for the respondent no. 5 submits that this is a disputed fact whether he resigned or not from the service of the petitioner.

The petitioner has disclosed one document in the nature of a declaration where he has stated that for some reason disclosed in the declaration he resigned from his service. It was dated 16th July, 2020. On 30th September, 2020, the petitioner received one notice from the advocate of the respondent no. 5 so that the said respondent can join service.

In view of this facts and circumstances, I do not

entertain the writ application. However, all the points taken in the writ application are kept open to be taken before the Conciliation Officer by the petitioner herein. The writ application is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
