The petitioner is a Librarian in Naisarai High School, she has applied for general transfer under the Utsashree Portal which is pending consideration before the concerned Authority.

The petitioner is praying for a direction upon the said authority for disposal of her said application.

The operation of the Utsashree Portal is now under suspension, as such, there is no scope for the concerned authority to consider the said application.
