Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

The learned advocate representing the applicant submits that a communication dated 4th March, 2025 has been made to the applicant by the alleged contemnor.

It is also submitted that in view of such communication made by the alleged contemnor order has been complied with.

The alleged contemnor is represented by learned advocate who has filed a report vide memo dated 11th April, 2025 enclosing communication dated 4th March, 2025 and same is taken on record.

In view of such submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and taking note of the communication dated 4th March, 2025 contempt

application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question the communication dated 4th march, 2025, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
